The main mission of The P.O.W.E.R. of Play Foundation is two-fold.  First the foundation continues the mission of The Ricky Proehl Foundation by helping North Carolina charities that serve children with developmental disabilities that would otherwise not be met. In addition to this it also helps Triad youth who are at risk spend time in various ways at Proehlific Park. This time at Proehlific Park may include, but not be limited to, some level of Membership, After School Program, Tutoring Assistance or participation on one of the P.O.W.E.R. sports teams.
